This home is rented only on a weekly basis or longer. Monthly rentals are available. The standard rate is $500 USD per week inclusive. Certain times of the year (ie.Christmas)the rates are slightly higher. For longer-term rentals the rates are slighly lower (ie $950 for 2 week stays). There are no hidden costs or cleaning fees - they are included. There is a $100 USD security deposit required - however this will be returned after your vacation as long as the house is left in good order. Payments may be made by personal cheque, or cashiers/certified cheques - no credit cards are accepted.
