Lakeside is a average-size bungalow with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. As you come in the front door the front living room is on your left. It has comfortable couches and a large entertainment center with a 32" TV with cable (80 channels)as well as a DVD player. If you contine through this living room you will enter the master bedroom which has a Queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet and a shower. There is also a walk-in closet with lots of room. From the front door entrance-way there is a door into the large garage on the right, which has pool furniture, toys, golf clubs, barbeque and the full-size washer and dryer. If you go straight from the front door you will see the kitchen on your left, attached to the dining room - which has a patio door to the pool area. The back of the house off of the kitchen contains another living room with couches (one pull-out bed and another TV (27") which also has cable hook-up and a patio door to the pool area. Beyond this are two more bedrooms and a bathroom which has a sink, toilet and full-sized tub/shower. This bathroom also has a very convenient door which leads out to the pool area - making it easy for people to come and go while outside at the pool. This area has an in-ground heated pool with a large (27' x 30')screened-in lanai. The design of this rental allows you privacy with children or guests with their own living area at the rear of the home.
