Reservations are made via email - however it is not confirmed until your deposit is received to hold the house. Certain times of the year are very busy and it is recommended that you book well in advance. In order to reserve Lakeside, a deposit of $150 USD (per weekly rental)is required. For example. a three-week stay would require a $450 deposit. This deposit is taken off the total for the rental when you pay the balance which is due one month prior to the start of your vacation. If you cancel your booking at least 6 weeks prior you will be refunded your entire deposit. If you require further information please contact owner.
